We are based in New Zealand and our shipping rates within NZ are as follows:

Orders under 5kg: $5.50
Rural addresses: $7.50
Orders between 5-20kg: $20.00
Orders over $200: Free
Pick up from Grenada North warehouse:  Free

Once we receive your order we will organise for it to be dispatched immediately. We will endeavour to deliver your order anywhere in NZ within 4 working days.
