At MyFitnessGear we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unused condition, complete with its original packaging. You will also need your receipt/proof of purchase and you need to contact us within 14 days from the date of your purchase for us to exchange/refund your item. Togs also need to be tried on with undergarments.
Several types of goods are unable to be returned, so please choose carefully before you order
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Products which have been customised e.g with your nickname/number. So please choose your size carefully as we are unable to exchange/refund any custom made items
Please note: If you have worn your swimwear in the water then we cannot exchange it.
Exchanges/Refunds (if applicable)
If your item meets the requirements above please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason for your return. We will email you back with a return authorisation number to include with your parcel. Once you have received this you can post your item back to us at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected to make sure it is in an unused and undamaged condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If it has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
