We are based in New Zealand and our shipping rates within NZ are as follows:
Orders under 5kg: $5.50
Rural addresses: $7.50
Orders between 5-20kg: $20.00
Orders over $200: Free
Pick up from Grenada North warehouse: Free
Once we receive your order we will organise for it to be dispatched immediately. We will endeavour to deliver your order anywhere in NZ within 4 working days.
We do our best to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you to arrange to either place your item(s) on back-order, offering an alternative product, or offer you a full refund.
